Publishing the same track or album simultaneously through two different distributors is called "duplicate distribution" and violates SOOLY Music policy. This leads to serious platform penalties.

- Royalty double-payment issues
- Spotify and Apple Music account warning or closure
- Artist profile splitting (duplicate artist issue)
Exceptions

When SOOLY Music detects duplicate distribution, the release is suspended and the account holder is notified. Intentional violations may result in account closure.
