When your release is rejected in moderation, the rejection reason and fix instructions appear in your SOOLY Music panel. Most rejections can be resolved with simple metadata or technical corrections.
Common Rejection Reasons

| Low-res cover art | Upload minimum 3000x3000 pixels |
| Metadata inconsistency | Check artist name, title, and version fields |

| Duplicate release | Same ISRC may be live on another distributor |
Fix Steps
- Read the rejection message in the panel
- Correct the specified fields
- Upload new files if needed
- Click "Resubmit"
- Re-reviewed within 1-3 business days
If the issue persists, contact SOOLY Music support with your ticket number and release ID.
